How to use 333 Half Evil
333 was formulated to mix 333 calories in 24-30 oz of water. Each scoop of 333 = 111 and we recommend starting with 2 scoops (222 cal) per 20-24oz of water and adjusting from there. Many athletes use 1, 2, 3, or even 4 scoops depending on their caloric needs. Be careful if you go over 3 scoops as you would need to take in additional water to keep the osmolality in the optimal range.
How Long will the products stay good after being mixed?
All products will last for 3-4 days if refrigerated. If not refrigerated, it all depends on the heat. Even in hot weather they will be good for 24 hrs. Beyond that I suggest the "sniff test". If it smells weird, throw it out! The natural flavors we use dissipate quickly once mixed, the flavor only lasts for a few hours but they are still fine to drink.

Why no protein in 333 Half Evil?
This is the #1 question we get about 333. The main reason is that protein can be difficult to digest and causes gastro-intestinal issues with most people when consumed during training and racing. It can also be hard to choke down and you won't hydrate properly if you can't drink something during a race especially if it's hot out. Save the protein drink for afterwards, we suggest our recovery drink, Rehab. Adding protein to your sports drink is based on old, de-bunked research. As many and as often as you feel necessary. The recommended dose is 2-4 per hour but in extreme heat you can take double that without worrying about stomach issues.
