I’ve been using this stuff since it came out out! Works great and can definitely feel a difference. I use it for cycling, running and just general strength training!
I'm no pro, but this stuff WORKS. It just does.
I drink a tall glass of water with a single level scoop right before I take an endurance ride. I can feel a noticeable difference the days I take this versus the days I don't.
Still somewhat undecided. I have tried the lemonade, that was fine, the raspberry was too sweet.
Flavor is not over powering! Mixed well, no clumping like other high carb drinks. Felt great during my long run and bike!
