Refunds & Returns

Returns: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the products are unopened. To return a product, email info@carborocket.com with the following information.

• Your order number
• What items you wish to return
• Confirmation that the items you wish to return are unopened.

Refunds: If you are unsatisfied with your order in any way, you have 30 days from the date of your purchase to request a refund. Email info@carborocket.com with the following information.

• Your name and order number
• The reason you are requesting a refund
• If the product was damaged during shipping, attach a photo of the damaged goods.
