Iād like to preface with the fact I seldomly ever leave reviews. The product is 5/5 stars, but the customer service is 0/5 because it has been non-existent for me. I am subscribed to their product, but wanted an additional supply for my Ironman training. With that, I ordered more and received an email stating the product was out of stock until after the weekend. I attempted to reach out and ask for a separate product or a way to expedite the order by paying for a better shipping method. No response. I received the product 2 weeks later, one being in a damaged bag (zip lock). Fortunately, I had an old empty bag of their product to transfer it, but in regard to this discrepancy also no response after their āpromisedā 24 hour response. Most companies Iāve worked for ensure the customer service is a top priority. Not this one. Itās not even there. At least for me. Would love to hear of another product similar to this with non-negligent leaders.
