Great flavors and nutritional value for long rides. Used the 333 Grape Flavor during the Specialized Cactus Cup 25-mile race, and it helped me secure 2nd place in my category. All the nutritional carbs, needed to get me through the race, was in my water. No need to mess with gels or anything else. It was perfect!! Thanks! Laura K
