switched to 333 this year, suffered a bit of cramping with previous nutrition/hydration/electrolyte (NHE) system, have completed a couple of 3 to 4 hour events with 333 with excellent results, love the fact that one can get all NHE needs with one product, there is no need to stop during a race if you use a hydration pack with the appropriate volume
I like this mix for shorter rides where I don't need as many calories but I still need electrolytes. It is not too sweet, I can drink it for hours without getting tired if it!

Love it! I switched to CarboRocket 333 for my last two century+ bike races and it was perfect
Love it! I switched to CarboRocket 333 for my last two century+ bike races and it was perfect. The only calories I consumed all day. Never bonked. I learned that for me I also need to drink an equal amount of water in between 333. I couldnāt recommend it more.
