Outstanding product. I mix it at a higher concentration (110-120g/hr) and have tested this on multiple long rides and races up to 7 hours of continuous cycling and fueling. Solid product with no stomach bloating and continuous even energy.

Love it! I switched to CarboRocket 333 for my last two century+ bike races and it was perfect. The only calories I consumed all day. Never bonked. I learned that for me I also need to drink an equal amount of water in between 333. I couldn’t recommend it more.
