I am already half way through my first container.. As suggested, I use it in plain water when I am not working hard and want electrolytes and a bit of citrus flavor in my water.
I will start by saying I need more electrolytes /salt than many on longer/harder/hotter events ... I need to boost the amount of sodium over what most are comfortable with. With ACQUA+ I now have a tasty way to do this, I simply add 1 scoop of ACQUA+ to a bottle of Carbo Rocket Half Naked so increase my electrolytes and keep the flavor light. Awesome.
