I load my camelback bladder with 12 scoops and it gets me through a 50 mile race without ever stopping. I don't cramp and I have the energy and power to take top 5!
I have tried so many different endurance products... all the major brands. Cr333 has been the best I have found so far. It just works - my sustained energy and lack of fatigue is so much better on Carbo Rocket. And I don't really deal with cramping like I used to. My legs get tired but they just seem to be able to keep on trucking thru long all day race efforts . Impressive stuff. Thanks Carbo Rocket!

Still somewhat undecided. I have tried the lemonade, that was fine, the raspberry was too sweet.
Flavor is not over powering! Mixed well, no clumping like other high carb drinks. Felt great during my long run and bike!
