Acqua to the rescue
Yesterday I rode the Begium Wafer Ride in San Diego. In addition to a great route and event, it turned out to be a great test of my nutrition protocol. As usual for long events, I started twitching and then cramping around the third hour while drinking my usual mix of full strength Half Evil Grape boosted with 2 extreme electrolyte capsules, per bottle, per hour. I have found that I need way more electrolytes per bottle than most people or drink companies offer, so I just add more. If I do not add more electrolytes to the drink mix, the cramps will start sooner and be more difficult to manage. When I switched to the next bottle, I could tell from the flavor it was Half Naked boosted with .7 scoop of Acqua powder, the cramps completely subsided within five minutes, and I finished with no cramps smashing my SS all the way in. I know there are many variations of sodium, magnesium and potassium etc, but whatever types are in Acqua has proved superior.

All the electrolytes I need without anything more, and all ingredients I trust and can pronounce. Huge thanks to CarboRocket for formulating the Aqua+. The taste is light and delicious with zero stevia, zero weird sweeteners and zero fake after-taste, so it's easy to sip all day. I have tried so many different endurance products... all the major brands. Cr333 has been the best I have found so far. It just works - my sustained energy and lack of fatigue is so much better on Carbo Rocket. And I don't really deal with cramping like I used to. Excellent product, HORRIBLE packaging. The zipper reseal mechanism always fails when the bag is initially opened and cannot be resealed, so I have to put the bag in a larger Ziploc bag, which is inconvenient.
I’ve tried 3 of the 6. The raspberry tasted great and seemed to work. The lemonade was just so so and the unflavored was horrible. I’m looking forward to trying the other 3.
