Great product! Love everything about it except for the plastic zip lock bag. Every purchase comes with a ziplock bag that doesn’t close because the bag/ziplock comes damaged.

You are not alone! We’ve been having issues with the zip closures but have got it fixed at the manufacturer level. Probably some bad bags still out there in the wild. We also sent an email a few weeks ago to our email list offering a store credit for the hassle. Will get that credit added to your account.
