All the electrolytes I need without anything more, and all ingredients I trust and can pronounce. Huge thanks to CarboRocket for formulating the Aqua+. The taste is light and delicious with zero stevia, zero weird sweeteners and zero fake after-taste, so it's easy to sip all day. It just works - my sustained energy and lack of fatigue is so much better on Carbo Rocket. And I don't really deal with cramping like I used to. According to the lab analysis, I lose 901mg of sodium per hour. I've been using 2 scoops 333 half naked, a scoop of 111 and 1/4 teaspoon salt in my bottles for quite some time with great success. However, the new Beat the Heat combo is much better in so many ways especially in the taste.To me it's more refreshing and thereby by easier to consume on longer rides which means I can ride longer because I'm replenishing the key things better. Best new thing from CarboRocket!
The citrus flavor is a refreshing add to boost up my other fueling hydration products with necessary electrolytes. It goes well on it's own and has been great to use on these hot, spring days in the desert. I really like that Acqua+ does not have have sugars or stevia. It contains a nice blend of sodium, potassium and magnesium. As a person who sweats a lot, this is now becoming a go to for training days.
