333 is always in my bottle. # of scoops depends on the ride duration and effort.

I have tried so many different endurance products... all the major brands. Cr333 has been the best I have found so far. It just works - my sustained energy and lack of fatigue is so much better on Carbo Rocket. And I don't really deal with cramping like I used to. My legs get tired but they just seem to be able to keep on trucking thru long all day race efforts . Impressive stuff. Thanks Carbo Rocket!
