I compared this ONE-11 Active Hydration Electrolyte Mix Pineapple to the Liquid IV, and found the One-11 to be deficient in taste using the recommended one scoop for 22oz.
From the perspective of stomach upset, I found One-11 to be non irritating.
I'm already planning on increasing the amount I use to see if the flavor profile is more to my liking.
Overall I have trusted Carbo Rocket products.
I absolutely LOVE this product! I am on at least my 10th bag. In the summer, I will do rides that are over five hours. This product has a great taste that is not too overpowering, so you won't get tired of it at mile 70. It also mixes really well. But the most important thing...it KEEPS ME GOING. I had so many friends bonk on rides and asked me why I was not hungry and eating with them. I told them...I've been taking in consistent calories the whole ride with HalfEvil, and I'm not getting the sugar highs and lows you are. IT WORKS. BUY IT. But save some for me!
